We took an early decision in our business not to offer phone contact. The reason for this is that we quickly found that we were having to spend most of our time on the phone to customers rather than just getting on with building websites. Consequently, if we had continued in that way we would have had to raise our prices substantially to cover the time lost.
We took the decision to keep our prices low and only communicate by email. Whilst this does have some disadvantages it does mean that we can control the use of our time to the best advantage and it also means we have a permanent record to check back on as sites are designed.
