Regardless of which of our services you may be interested in; this is what is likely to happen.
1.We will hold an informal, non-billable, discussion with highest possible member of your Company. (Leading to an initial contract agreement).
2.We will carry out an initial low cost, investigation covering areas agreed with you.
3.We will present you with a complete and detailed programme proposal, together with a step-by-step approach, costs and other benefits.
4.Following agreement with yourselves, the main contract will be signed prior to the start of the programme.
5.We will then institute the remedy programme, or the first phase of the programme.
6.Upon programme completion, we will hold an initial review of the results with you.
7.After a pre-defined period, we will hold the ultimate review with you, to check all benefits and values achieved.
