All our websites are designed with search engine positioning in mind. Sometimes it can be a compromise between the look of the site and how search engines will perceive it and consequently we may advise a slight change in text or style which in our opinion may help with search engine positioning.
No one can guarantee top positions on search engines - be very wary of anyone that does. The reason for that is that the search engines cannot allow any company to be able to manipulate the top places in their results as you would simply end up with the companies with the most to spend getting all the first page results for any search.
Consequently as soon as someone does discover a shortcut way to get a top placing, the search engines have to immediately take steps to cancel out what they've done - so attempting it is completely self-defeating and can actually get your website banned.
What we can do however is to follow the search engines own guidelines and ensure that we produce a search engine friendly site with none of the common mistakes that harm listings. We will then offer advice on what to do in the future to help your site obtain it's best possible position and maintain it for years to come.
